ACADEMIC SPACES

Mentoring Moments

Each student is assigned a mentor. The mentor will follow up the academic progress of the student along the academic year. Topics from academic performance to emotion management are discussed during the mentoring sessions.

Kinich Konnekt

This a social session designed to make the students and coaches interact in a less formal manner than during their regular classes.

Collab Classes

A formal space design to introduce students to new topics, provide definitions and examples of them. Each subject (Algebra, English, Geography) has at least one of these type of sessions per week.

Guidance Gatherings

This a second academic space in which students bring their questions about the material seen during their autonomous time. Common activities during these sessions are discussions, exercises, rehearsals and demonstrations.

Openings and Wrap ups

10-15 min spaces designed to activate, awaken or connect with others. These spaces are in charge of coaches and students alike.
