Director of the Innovation and Unit in Enseña por México (Teach for Mexico). Eva is in charge of culture and pedagogical processes in the network’s schools. She works hand to hand with every school member to achieve academic success as well as personal development of the students. With over 15 years of experience in the education sector, Eva worked in Colombia, Guatemala and Mexico performing educational research. She has also managed the design and implementation of educational projects throughout different developing countries for an NGO located in Washington DC. She worked with Save the Children US and UK, Academy for Educational Development, FHI360, Teach for America and Heuristica Educativa. She has management experience of projects in Guatemala and Nicaragua with a budget over 9 million dollars.
As her background, Eva holds a bilingual primary teacher certificate from the state of Texas, a masters degree in Education and International Development from the London University Institute of Education.
